Strength & Conditioning Training

  • We provide top-tier athletic strength and conditioning programs for athletes who need to build both strength and muscle but improve their cardiovascular endurance, sprint speed & mechanics, and their overall body conditioning. In line with the Sports Performance Training, our programs allow the athlete to become multifaceted and well-rounded, making sure any weaknesses become strengths!

Injury Prevention & Recovery Specialist

  • Returning from a recent injury or finishing up with your physical therapy but want to continue to build strength, stability, and durability on your way to returning to the field or the court? Having had 4 knee surgeries in my athletic career in high school and college, I have made it a major focus to promote injury prevention and corrective-exercise protocols in my training - 1) to improve flexibility, mobility, and stability, 2) to continue progressions from physical therapy and 3) allow the athletes to return-to-play in a safe and effective manner.

Adult Functional Fitness

  • Looking to lose weight, gain muscle and become more toned, but sometimes get bored of the traditional body-building workouts? Don’t have a bunch of time throughout the week to get in weights, cardio, etc.? Look no more with our Adult Functional Fitness sections! Our Functional Fitness sections embody a similar approach to that of our athletic sports performance, geared towards adults! We continue to build our functional strength and abilities which allows us to still increase muscular size and lose fat, and also combine more cardiovascular components into our training so that we do not have to spend two hours in the gym.

Weight Loss & Transformation

  • Tired of where you are at physically and mentally and looking to change your life for the better? Want to be able to play with your grandkids in the yard in 20 years or even make sure you are alive and well to see your grandkids? The time is NOW. We offer weight loss and transformation programs to those looking to flip their life around and get a hold of their health and fitness. Includes cardio and weight lifting programs, supplement and nutrition regimens, and 24/7 direct access and communication to your trainer.
