Testimonies
we have been blessed to train some of the best athletes & the best people in the world! Check out what our clients have to say about their experience with us!
As an athlete, I have been to numerous trainers for speed, agility, powerlifting, and athletics; but Ryan is the first trainer that came in an all one package that changed my game on the lacrosse field completely. Ryan helped me develop myself into a confident, powerful, and well-rounded athlete that allowed me to rack up offers in Division 2 and 3 levels of lacrosse. He was the first to introduce me to train like an athlete, whether that was injury prevention or building foundations with eccentric movements to establish power and explosiveness on the field. He was a devoted trainer that made sure that not only I was recovering correctly but eating correctly as well. Which entailed us tracking our calories on MyFitnessPal so we can bulk up or cut weight. Overall, Ryan made me the self-reliant and relentless man that I am today by building my foundations as an athlete and sculpting my mindset into an unbreakable force. I could not have asked for a better trainer over the past 5 years that I can also call a friend.

Ryan Harrison does everything and anything you could want from your personal trainer. He spends a lot of time crafting programs specific to each client and their needs. He always pushes you to work harder and put in the effort to reach your goals while also keeping the mood light and fun and not to intense. I had the pleasure of training with Ryan for 3 years as well as working at the gym with him for a year. He always came in ready to go with a smile on his face. He was very easy to reach and was always there to answer any questions. Through my time with him he helped me cut fat and build muscle. He was one of the main reasons I had an opportunity to play football in college. Ryan focused on the importance of nutrition and showed me how eating the right way for my goals and my body was as important as the work we put in in the gym. Through my time working with him at the gym I saw him successfully train young kids, teenagers, athletes, and even middle aged and older people as well. Not once did anyone ever complain about him to me at the front desk. Overall, I would recommend Ryan to anybody of any age looking to train for or sport or anyone just looking to become more healthy in general.

Ryan has been my trainer for about 2 years now and has made nothing but a positive change not just in my performance as an athlete, but my attitude as a person as well. From the start Ryan was upfront about how much he could change me from just a middle-of-the-pack athlete to a top-tier athlete, and he did just that. Since working with Ryan, I have had multiple D1 coaches contact me about furthering my athletic career and I thank Ryan for all he has done for me not just as an athlete, but as a person. Ryan will always be one to lean on.

In June of 2020, I was in a predicament. I was two months away from commissioning in the United States Navy as an Officer. However, I was out of standards for the U.S. Navy. I was overweight and my BCA was 4% higher than the acceptable allowance. I needed help. I called many trainers and no one responded. Ryan, however, responded saying he was willing to take on the challenge. We worked together for about 4 months. During those 4 months together, I learned a lot about Ryan. He was mentally tough, motivated and very stubborn about not giving up. However, he was also showed me compassion and how to grow as a person through lifting. He taught me about the importance of health and how to lift with proper form. He was able to help me healthily lose 15 lbs. in roughly 4 months; allowing me to be within standards and commission as an officer. To this day I always think about my time with Ryan as my trainer and I could not have asked for a better trainer and now friend. He is very goal driven and is willing to do anything to help you achieve your goals. He was vocal about his intentions and did not go back on his word. I work with U.S. Navy Sailors every day trying to make them grow into having a similar mindset as Ryan. Ryan has changed my life.
